Bachu Murthi

DIRECTOR

Bachu began his career as a Structural Engineer in the UK following graduation from the University of Glasgow. Upon his move to Melbourne in the late 1980’s he worked in the development team for an Automated Estimation Software package for Nu-Steel Kit homes.  After gaining some talent and flair in development of software solutions to engineering problems, Bachu changed his career direction to the Aerospace and Defence Industry where he spent the next twenty years working for a large French multinational group of which he spent a few years in Paris, France as a Director of Strategy for a large division within the group.

Upon his return to Australia he decided to leave this organisation and after some consulting work for the NBN rollout and other engineering projects saw an opportunity to head back into the construction Industry and took over Monospray.

Business development and Operations are some of his passions.  In the last few years in addition to passive fireproofing which remains the cornerstone of the company the company has diversified to providing thermal and acoustic insulation solutions.

 

Being a workaholic, leaves him limited time for other pursuits, but he plays tennis and badminton when time permits.


 

Ken Jackson

ESTIMATOR

Ken has formal qualifications in both building and architecture. He is also a qualified draftsman and has a diverse career being involved as a builder in a family business, working as a draftsman, estimator and designing house extensions for which he has won awards.

 

Ken pursues a wide variety of interesting pursuits.  Having been a draftsman, Ken has an excellent eye to detail and enjoys painting and often brings some of his works for others at Monospray to admire.  He also is a Wine connoisseur and has a well-stocked wine cellar and he visits a number of wineries locally and internationally. Cooking, poetry and reading are also other pursuits of Ken.

 

 

 

Paul Calleia

 WORKS SUPERVISOR

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Paul has a reputed and strong credential portfolio. He has worked on numerous projects over the years, and has played active roles from being a leading hand/foreman to site supervision; with this he brings knowledge and expertise of large commercial construction sites. Paul is meticulous in his works and all projects under his lead go through an orderly and efficient process with strong quality checks. 

 

For the time when Paul isn’t on site and on the job, he enjoys camping, fishing and travel through the great Outback. 

 

 

 

 

 

Anna Yegazarova

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

A consummate professional, Anna has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and has over 20 years working experience in numerous administrative roles for small businesses in the construction industry.  Anna has a wide ranging responsibility with the company, including bookkeeping, materials and equipment management, tracking progress of the various projects and associated staff.

 

Anna is a BBQ enthusiast and loves spending time with her family and pet dogs.
