This innovative development in multiple stages involves construction work over an existing roadway.  This required all the exposed concrete beams and columns to be fire rated using high density fire rated boards, which Monospray has been contracted to install. Our scope also includes fire rating of steel members and insulation of ceiling soffits on various levels of the building.
