Bourke Street

In these projects, significant expansion/refurbishment of the existing buildings was done.  Monospray undertook all the passive fire proofing works of the new structural steel that was installed.  For the project at 570 Bourke Street, the steel members were fire rated with an intumescent coating.  The entire package of steel preparation comprising of blasting of the steel to Class SA 2 ½ , application of a compatible primer, intumescent coating and protective top coat was undertaken by Monospray.
