In both these projects which were new buildings,  Monospray undertook all the passive fireproofing of the structural steel and ductwork in a number of buildings. All the work was performed while various sections of the buildings being handed over on a progressive basis during the project implementation phase.  We have had an ongoing involvement as some enhancements and refurbishment works have been undertaken.
