Several buildings of the RMIT University underwent significant refurbishment and extension works. Monospray undertook all the passive fireproofing of the newly installed structural steel and ductwork in a number of buildings. All the work was performed while the site was operational and various sections of the buildings being handed over on a progressive basis during the project implementation phase.
