These Shopping Centres underwent significant refurbishment and extension work and new building works. Monospray undertook all the passive fireproofing of the newly installed structural steel. All the work was performed while certain sections of the sites was operational and various sections of the shopping centres being handed over on a progressive basis during the project implementation phase
